In February 2018, Cedar Bay was selected out of over 100 entries, to be one of the 12 finalists judged in the Seafood Excellence Competition at Seafood Exhibition North America in Boston.

The Boston show was the perfect opportunity for Cedar Bay to introduce the launch of a new product line – SOUS CHEF KITS, including Salmon Pho Bowl, Shrimp Pho Bowl, Original Seafood Chowder, Smokey Bacon Seafood Chowder and Vegetable Alfredo Pasta.
