1. DEFROST
De-frost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging – leaving salmon on the plank.
2. PLACE IN OVEN OR ON GRILL
Preheat oven or grill to 425°F/220°C. Place shrimp, still on the grill mat, directly in oven or on grill. Cook 6-10 minutes in oven/10-12 minutes on grill or until internal temperature reaches 165°F/75°C. Grip with tongs and slide onto baking sheet or plate. Shrimp will slip easily from grill mat for serving.
3. EAT UP
Serve shrimp on or with your favourite side-dish and enjoy!
