1. DEFROST
De-frost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging – leaving salmon on the plank.
2. PLACE IN OVEN OR GRILL
Place salmon on the plank in oven or grill preheated to 425°F/220°C. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
3. EAT UP
Serve salmon right on the plank with your favourite side-dish and enjoy!
