INGREDIENTS: ATLANTIC SALMON (FISH), SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, WATER, SPICES, DEXTROSE, SEA SALT, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (ONION, GARLIC), ORANGE PEEL, GINGER, FLAVOR, NATURAL SMOKE FLAVOR.

1. DEFROST
Defrost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging - LEAVING SALMON ON THE PLANK.
2. PLACE IN OVEN OR ON GRILL
Place salmon still on the plank in oven or on grill preheated to 425°F. Cook for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
3. EAT UP
Serve salmon right on the plank with your favorite side-dish and enjoy!
