INGREDIENTS: ATLANTIC SALMON (FISH), WATER, PEA PROTEIN, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, BROWN SUGAR, VINEGAR, SEA SALT, SPICES, DEHYDRATED VEGETABBLES (ONION, BEET), MAPLE SUGAR, CORN FIBER, FLAVOR, SMOKE FLAVOR.

1. DEFROST
De-frost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging – leaving salmon on the plank.
2. PLACE IN OVEN OR GRILL
Place in oven or grill preheated to 425°F/220°C. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
3. EAT UP
Serve right on the plank with your favourite side-dish and enjoy!
