INGREDIENTS: ATLANTIC SALMON (FISH), BROWN SUGAR, WATER, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (TOMATO, ONION, GARLIC), SUGAR, DEXTROSE, SALT, SODIUM DIACETATE, SPICES, MOLASSES POWDER (MALTODEXTRIN), MAPLE SUGAR, ACETIC ACID, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE POWDER, YEAST EXTRACT.

1. DEFROST
De-frost cedar planked salmon and remove from packaging – leaving salmon on the plank.
2. PLACE IN OVEN OR GRILL
Place in oven or grill preheated to 425°F/220°C. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until core temperature reaches 158°F/70°C.
3. EAT UP
Serve right on the plank with your favourite side-dish and enjoy!
